Common use of Integrated Transactions Clause in Contracts

In case any Option is issued in connection with the issuance or sale of other securities of the Company, together comprising one integrated transaction in which no specific exercise price is allocated to such Option by the parties thereto, the Option shall be deemed to have been issued at an exercise price of $0.01.
