INTEGRATION; AMENDMENTS; CONSENTS. This Agreement, together with the documents referred to herein constitutes the entire agreement of the parties touching upon the subject matter hereof, and supersedes any prior negotiations or agreements on such subject matter. No amendment, modification, or supplement of any provision of this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents shall be effective unless in writing, signed by Lender and Borrower; and no waiver of any of Borrower’s obligations under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents or consent to any departure by Borrower therefrom shall be effective unless in writing, signed by Lender, and then only in the specific instance and for the specific purpose given.
