Common use of Integration and Severability Clause in Contracts

Integration and Severability. This Agreement embodies the entire agreement and understanding between the Company and the Agent and the Banks, and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, relating to the subject matter hereof. In case any one or more of the obligations of the Company under this Agreement or the Notes shall be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining obligations of the Company shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby, and such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability in one jurisdiction shall not affect the validity, legality or enforceability of the obligations of the Company under this Agreement or the Notes in any other jurisdiction.
