Common use of Integration and Severability Clause in Contracts

Integration and Severability. This Agreement embodies the entire agreement and understanding between you and the Company, and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings relating to the subject matter hereof. In case any one or more of the provisions contained in this Agreement or in any Note, or application thereof, shall be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions contained in this Agreement and in any Note, and any other application thereof, shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.

Integration and Severability. This Agreement embodies the entire agreement and understanding between you among you, the Borrower and the CompanyHoldings, and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings relating to the subject matter hereof. In case any one or more of the provisions contained in this Agreement or in any Noteinstrument contemplated hereby for such date, or any application thereof, shall be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions contained in this Agreement herein and in any Notetherein, and any other application thereof, shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.
