Integration Clause: Governing Law. This Agreement is intended as the final expression of the agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Illinois, and is binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns. Invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of this Agreement shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.
