Common use of Integration/Conflict Clause in Contracts

Integration/Conflict. This Agreement and the other Loan Documents represent the entire agreement of the Pledgors, the Administrative Agent and the other Secured Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and thereof, and supercede any and all previous agreements and understandings, oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof and thereof. There are no promises, undertakings, representations or warranties by the Administrative Agent or any other Secured Parties relative to the subject matter hereof and thereof not expressly set forth or referred to herein or therein. The rights, immunities and indemnities granted in this agreement are in addition to those granted to the Administrative Agent in the other Loan Documents and not intended to limit the Administrative Agent's rights therein.

The rights, immunities and indemnities granted in this agreement are in addition to those granted to the Administrative Collateral Agent in the other Loan Documents and not intended to limit the Administrative Collateral Agent's rights therein.
