Integration/Conflicts. This Agreement, together with the other First Lien Documents and the First Lien Collateral Documents, represents the entire agreement of each of the Grantors and the First Lien Claimholders with respect to the subject matter hereof and thereof and supersedes any and all previous agreements and understandings, oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof and thereof. There are no promises, undertakings, representations or warranties by any Representative, Collateral Agent or First Lien Claimholder relative to the subject matter hereof and thereof not expressly set forth or referred to herein or therein. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and the provisions of the First Lien Documents the provisions of this Agreement shall govern and control.
Integration/Conflicts. This Agreement, the First Lien Documents and the Second Lien Documents represent the entire agreement of the Grantors, the First Lien Secured Parties and the Second Lien Secured Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and thereof, and supersede any and all previous agreements and understandings, oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof and thereof. There are no promises, undertakings, representations or warranties by the First Lien Secured Parties or the Second Lien Secured Parties relative to the subject matter hereof and thereof not expressly set forth or referred to herein or therein. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and the provisions of the First Lien Documents or the Second Lien Documents, the provisions of this Agreement shall govern and control.

This Agreement, the ABL Loan Documents and the Fixed Asset Loan Documents represent the entire agreement of the Grantors, the ABL Claimholders and the Fixed Asset Claimholders with respect to the subject matter hereof and thereof, and supersede any and all previous agreements and understandings, oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof and thereof. There are no promises, undertakings, representations or warranties by the ABL Claimholders or the Fixed Asset Claimholders relative to the subject matter hereof and thereof not expressly set forth or referred to herein or therein. As between the ABL Claimholders on the one hand and the Fixed Asset Claimholders on the other, in the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and the provisions of the ABL Loan Documents or the Fixed Asset Loan Documents, the provisions of this Agreement shall govern and control. Solely as among the Fixed Asset Claimholders, in the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the Fixed Asset Intercreditor Agreement, the Fixed Asset Intercreditor Agreement shall govern and control. Solely as among the ABL Claimholders, in the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the ABL Intercreditor Agreement, the ABL Intercreditor Agreement shall govern and control.
Integration/Conflicts. This Agreement and the Indenture represent the entire agreement with respect to the subject matter hereof and thereof, and supersede any and all previous agreements and understandings, oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof and thereof. There are no promises, undertakings, representations or warranties by the Trustee or the Holders relative to the subject matter hereof and thereof not expressly set forth or referred to herein or therein. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and the provisions of the Indenture, the provisions of this Agreement shall govern and control.

This Agreement, the Senior Lien Documents and the Junior Lien Documents represent the entire agreement by and among the Company, the Senior Lien Claimholders and the Junior Lien Claimholders with respect to the subject matter hereof and thereof, and supersede any and all previous agreements and understandings, oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof and thereof. There are no promises, undertakings, representations or warranties by the Senior Lien Claimholders or the Junior Lien Claimholders relative to the subject matter hereof and thereof not expressly set forth or referred to herein or therein. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and the provisions of the Senior Lien Documents or the Junior Lien Documents, the provisions of this Agreement shall govern and control.
Integration/Conflicts. The Loan Documents set forth the entire agreement among the parties hereto relating to the transactions contemplated thereby and supersede any prior oral or written statements or agreements with respect to such transactions. Any conflicts between the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and any other Loan Document shall be governed by this Agreement.
Integration/Conflicts. The parties hereto hereby affirm and ratify each and every provision of the Purchase Agreement (as modified hereby), and confirm that the same remains in full force and effect as of the date hereof. In the event of a conflict between the terms of the Purchase Agreement and the terms hereof, the rights and obligations of the parties hereto shall be governed by the terms of this Amendment.

This Agreement, the ABL Loan Documents and the Term Loan Documents represent the entire agreement of the ABL Grantors, the ABL Claimholders and the Term Loan Claimholders with respect to the subject matter hereof and thereof, and supersede any and all previous agreements and understandings, oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof and thereof. There are no promises, undertakings, representations or warranties by the ABL Claimholders or the Term Loan Claimholders relative to the subject matter hereof and thereof not expressly set forth or referred to herein or therein. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and the provisions of the ABL Loan Documents or the Term Loan Documents or the Term Loan Intercreditor and Collateral Agency Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall govern and control with respect to the ABL Priority Collateral or any actions against any ABL Grantor. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of the Term Loan Intercreditor and Collateral Agency Agreement and the provisions of the ABL Loan Documents, the Term Loan Documents or this Agreement, the provisions of the Term Loan Intercreditor and Collateral Agency Agreement shall govern and control with respect to the Term Priority Collateral and any actions against any ABL Guarantor.
Integration/Conflicts. This Amendment and the Agreement sets forth the entire understanding of the parties as to the subject matter hereof and thereof. Except as modified by this Amendment, all terms and conditions of the Agreement will remain unchanged and in full force and effect. In the event of a conflict between any term or condition set forth in this Amendment and the Agreement, the terms and conditions of this Amendment shall govern and prevail.

In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and the provisions of the Documents, the provisions of this Agreement shall govern and control.
