Common use of Integration; Termination of Prior Agreement Clause in Contracts

Integration; Termination of Prior Agreement. This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding of the parties relating to the subject matter hereof, and all prior understandings, written or oral, are superseded by this Agreement. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, this Agreement is intended to supersede the Prior Agreement in its entirety.
