Integration with Special Provisions of the Indenture. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of the Special Provisions of the Indenture and of this Exhibit 1 thereto, the provisions of the Special Provisions shall govern and the provisions of this Exhibit 1 to the Indenture shall be deemed to be amended accordingly.
