Common use of Integrity of this Agreement Clause in Contracts

Integrity of this Agreement. Notwithstanding Article 7.1 hereof, both parties acknowledge that once this Agreement becomes effective, it shall constitute the entire agreement and understanding between both parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior oral and/or written agreements and understandings reached by both parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.
