Common use of Integrity of this Contract Clause in Contracts

Integrity of this Contract. The parties confirm that, once this Contract becomes effective, it shall constitute the entire agreement and understanding between the parties hereto with respect to the contents of this Contract, and shall completely supersede all previous oral or/and written agreement and understanding between the parties hereto in connection with the contents of this Contract.

The Notwithstanding the requirement in Article 10 hereof, the parties confirm that, once this Contract becomes effective, it shall constitute the entire agreement and understanding between the parties hereto with respect to the contents of this Contract, and shall completely supersede all previous oral or/and written agreement discussions, communications, understanding, agreements and understanding arrangements between the parties hereto in connection with the contents of this Contract.
