Common use of INTELLECTUAL AND/OR INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS Clause in Contracts

INTELLECTUAL AND/OR INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS. 7.1. All industrial and/or intellectual property rights over XPENDOR, as well as any extension, improvement or modification thereof, are the exclusive property of GOLIVE, and the Customer shall therefore refrain from using or registering in its name any patents, trademarks or other distinctive signs owned by GOLIVE and may not modify, reproduce, distribute, publicly communicate or make XPENDOR available to third parties, except as provided in this contract or with the prior authorisation of GOLIVE.

INTELLECTUAL AND/OR INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS. 7.1. All industrial and/or intellectual property rights over XPENDOR, as well as and any extensionextensions, improvement upgrades or modification thereof, modifications to it are the exclusive property of GOLIVE. Consequently, and the Customer shall therefore Client must refrain from using or registering in its name any patents, trademarks or other distinctive signs owned by belonging to GOLIVE in its name, and may not modify, reproduce, distribute, distribute or publicly communicate disclose or make XPENDOR available to third parties, except as unless otherwise provided for in this contract or with the prior authorisation of duly authorised by GOLIVE.
