Intellectual Property and Confidential Information Agreement. The Executive will be required to execute along with this Agreement, the forthcoming Intellectual Property and Confidential Information Agreement of the Company as outlined by the Company’s Policies and Procedures and set forth by the Company’s Board of Directors, which forms part of this Agreement. The Executive acknowledges the ongoing nature of the obligations set out in the Intellectual Property and Confidential Information Agreement and the Executive agrees that the Executive shall abide by its provisions.
Intellectual Property and Confidential Information Agreement. This Intellectual Property and Confidential Information Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between Canopy Growth Corporation (the “Company”) and Lxx Xxxxxxx (the “Employee”).
Intellectual Property and Confidential Information Agreement. As a condition to LXR's obligations hereunder, the Executive is bound by the Intellectual Property and Confidential Information Agreement entered into with the Company and attached hereto as Exhibit B. The obligations of Executive under this section and the agreements referenced in the preceding paragraph shall survive termination of this Agreement for any reason.
Intellectual Property and Confidential Information Agreement. This Agreement does not amend or rescind the Intellectual Property and Confidential Information Agreement between the Transferor Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx and the Transferee dated February 6, 2001, the provisions of which remain in force.

In the event this Agreement has been entered into with an independent contractor or sub-contractor, the independent contractor or sub-contractor as the case may be shall be referred to, for the purposes of this Agreement only and for simplicity, as an Employee. Any references to an independent contractor or a sub-contractor as an employee in this Agreement are not admissions that the Company and the independent contractor or sub-contractor are engaged in an employment relationship.
