INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND RESULTS. 8.1 Unless expressly agreed otherwise herein Intellectual Property Rights and Results created/generated in the Project shall be governed by the provisions of the Umbrella Documents including Sections 8 and 9 of and Attachment 4 to the Internal Agreement.
