Common use of Intellectual Property and Technology Rights Clause in Contracts

Intellectual Property and Technology Rights. (a) Neither Supplier nor Halliburton shall have the right of use, whether directly or indirectly, the other’s Intellectual Property except as expressly stated in this Agreement. Ownership of Supplier Intellectual Property or Halliburton Intellectual Property, as the case may be, provided under this Agreement shall remain with the Party providing such Intellectual Property.
