Common use of Intellectual Property Assets Clause in Contracts

Intellectual Property Assets. The term "Intellectual Property Assets" includes: (i) FM's name, all fictional business names, trading names, registered and unregistered trademarks, service marks, and applications (collectively, "Marks"); (ii) all patents, patent applications, and inventions and discoveries that may be patentable (collectively, "Patents"); (iii) all copyrights in both published works and unpublished works (collectively, "Copyrights"); (iv) all rights in mask works (collectively, "Rights in Mask Works"); and (v) all know-how, trade secrets, confidential information, customer lists, software, technical information, data, process technology, plans, drawings, and blue prints (collectively, "Trade Secrets"); owned, used, or licensed by FM as licensee or licensor.

The term "Intellectual Property Assets" includes: (i) FM's Skylab' name, all fictional business names, trading names, registered and unregistered trademarks, service marks, and applications (collectively, "Marks"); (ii) all patents, patent applications, and inventions and discoveries that may be patentable (collectively, "Patents"); (iii) all copyrights in both published works and unpublished works (collectively, "Copyrights"); (iv) all rights in mask works (collectively, "Rights in Mask Works"); and (v) all know-how, trade secrets, confidential information, customer lists, software, technical information, data, process technology, plans, drawings, and blue prints (collectively, "Trade Secrets"); owned, used, or licensed by FM Skylab as licensee or licensor.
