Common use of Intellectual Property Assignments Clause in Contracts

Intellectual Property Assignments. (a) A patent assignment substantially in the form of Exhibit 4.2.4 (a) (the “Patent Assignment”); (b) a trademark assignment substantially in the form of Exhibit 4.2.4(b) (the “Trademark Assignment”); and (c) a domain name assignment substantially in the form of Exhibit 4.2.4(c) (the “Domain Name Assignment”);

Intellectual Property Assignments. (ai) A patent assignment (the “Patent Assignment”) substantially in the form of Exhibit 4.2.4 E hereto, for all of the Patents listed on Schedule 4.8(a) and (a) (the “Patent Assignment”); (bii) a trademark assignment substantially in the form of Exhibit 4.2.4(b) (the “Trademark Assignment”); and (c) a domain name assignment , substantially in the form of Exhibit 4.2.4(c) (F attached hereto, for all of the “Domain Name Assignment”Trademarks listed on Schedule 4.8(a);
