Common use of Intellectual Property Disputes Clause in Contracts

Intellectual Property Disputes. Any disputes related to intellectual property rights of the Parties which are not resolved under Section 9.1 shall be brought to a court of competent jurisdiction in the country in which such intellectual property rights were granted.

Intellectual Property Disputes. Any Notwithstanding the above, any disputes related to intellectual property rights of the Parties which are not resolved under Section 9.1 10.1 shall be brought to a court of competent jurisdiction in the country in which such intellectual property rights were granted.

Intellectual Property Disputes. Any disputes related to intellectual property rights of the Parties which are not resolved under Section 9.1 14.1 shall be brought to a court of competent jurisdiction in the country in which such intellectual property rights were granted.

Any Notwithstanding the above, any disputes related to intellectual property rights of the Parties which are not resolved under Section 9.1 10.1 shall be brought to a court of competent jurisdiction in the country in which United States or if such dispute relates to intellectual property rights were grantedsubstantially outside the United States to a court of competent jurisdiction in such country where the dispute arises.
