Common use of Intellectual Property Disputes Clause in Contracts

Intellectual Property Disputes. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary set forth in this Agreement, if a dispute arises under this Agreement with respect to the validity, scope, enforceability or ownership of any Patent, Know-How or other intellectual property rights, and such dispute is not resolved in accordance with Section ‎12.2, then such dispute will be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in the jurisdiction in which such Patent, Know-How or other intellectual property right was granted or arose.
