Intellectual Property in the Services. (a) Subject to clause 12.3(a) of this Participation Agreement, the Subscriber shall not have any ownership rights in any Intellectual Property brought into existence by XXXX in providing the Services, including Services commenced or enhanced after the date of this Participation Agreement.
