Common use of Intellectual Property (IP) Clause in Contracts

Intellectual Property (IP). The Client represents and warrants that it has the right to use the “background” IP required for the Project, and to commercialize any “foreground” IP. Intellectual property derived from the Project is to be managed by the Client, and OCE does not claim intellectual rights in the Project outcomes.
