Intellectual Property of Others. Employee recognizes that the Company has a long standing policy to not knowingly violate the valid intellectual property rights, including patents, trade secrets and copyrights, of other persons. In order to comply with such policy, Employee covenants that he will comply with such policy and that his willful breach of this covenant could constitute "Cause" within the meaning of Section 2.2 hereof.
