Intellectual Property Ownership and Indemnity. 10.1 Thunderhead acknowledges that You own all rights, title and interest in and to all of Your Data. You shall have sole responsibility for the intellectual property ownership of and/or right to use all of Your Data and the consequences arising from Your failure to meet such responsibilities.
