Intellectual Property Registration Clause Samples

The Intellectual Property Registration clause establishes the procedures and responsibilities for registering intellectual property (IP) created under an agreement. Typically, it outlines which party is responsible for filing applications, covering associated costs, and maintaining registrations for patents, trademarks, copyrights, or other IP rights. This clause ensures that ownership and protection of valuable IP are clearly managed, reducing the risk of disputes and safeguarding the interests of the parties involved.
