Intellectual Property Rights in Developed Material. (a) The parties acknowledge and agree that all Intellectual Property Rights Developed Material are immediately assigned to and vest in RHC upon creation (with the exception of any Client notes developed by you in connection with a Consultation, in which case you will retain all Intellectual Property Rights in such Client notes).
