Common use of Intellectual Property Rights in the Services Clause in Contracts

Intellectual Property Rights in the Services. Title and intellectual property rights to the Services are owned by OCT, its agents, suppliers, or their licensors or otherwise by the owners of such material. The copying, redistribution, reselling, bundling, or publication of the Services, in whole or in part, without the express prior written approval of OCT, or other owner of such material, is prohibited. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed, by implication or otherwise, to convey any right under any patent, patent application, invention, copyright, trademark, or other proprietary right.
