Common use of Intellectual Property Rights management Clause in Contracts

Intellectual Property Rights management. (a) The parties acknowledge and agree that each party's Personnel: (i) may develop knowledge and skills while performing the Services that do not form part of the New IPR and do not constitute Confidential Information of the other party; and (ii) may use such knowledge and skills for performing other projects. (b) This clause 17 survives termination or expiry of this Agreement.
