Common use of Intellectual Property Rights of Licensor Clause in Contracts

Intellectual Property Rights of Licensor. 8.1 The Licensee acknowledges that, the Licensor or the person designated by it owns the absolute title to the goodwill, intellectual property and other rights of and related to the Proprietary Technology and the Improvement, no matter if it into existence before or after the execution of this Agreement. And both Parties hereby agree that, such above-mentioned rights shall be owned by the Licensor or its designated person all the time and for all purposes.
