Intellectual Property Rights Registration. Distributor shall, at Primus' reasonable expense, provide Primus with all assistance reasonably required by Primus to register Primus throughout the Territory as the owner of Primus' intellectual property rights with respect to the Software and the Documentation, including without limitation the Trademarks.
