Common use of Intellectual Property Rights warranties Clause in Contracts

Intellectual Property Rights warranties. (a) The Recipient warrants that anything done by the Recipient in the course of the Activity, including in developing the Reports, will not infringe the Intellectual Property Rights or Moral Rights of any person.
