Common use of Intellectual Property Searches Clause in Contracts

Intellectual Property Searches. The Administrative Agent shall have received the results of a recent intellectual property search (including searches with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and Copyright Office, or the comparable foreign office) with respect to each Group Member, with the results of such searches to be satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
