Intended Beneficiaries; Successors and Assigns. This Joinder is hereby executed by New Member for the benefit of the Company and the Members, and the Company, Members and their successors, assigns and legal representatives shall be entitled to rely upon and enforce the provisions of this Joinder and the agreements of New Member hereunder. This Joinder shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of New Member and New Member’s successors, assigns, heirs and legal representatives.
