Common use of Intended Beneficiaries; Successors Clause in Contracts

Intended Beneficiaries; Successors. No persons or entities other than the Beneficiary States and the Releasing Parties located or residing within them are intended beneficiaries of this Escrow Agreement, and only the Beneficiary States, the Releasing Parties, the Company and the Escrow Agent shall be entitled to enforce the terms of this Escrow Agreement. The provisions of this Escrow Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the undersigned parties hereto and their respective successors.
