Common use of Intent of Article Clause in Contracts

Intent of Article. It is the intent and the purpose of this Article to provide the parties with a procedure whereby complaints and/or disputes as to the interpretation of any of the Articles in this Agreement will be resolved without work stoppage. 15.1.1 At any meeting relating to Steps 1 through 4, an employee has the right to be accompanied by a representative of the Faculty Association.
