Intention for Subsidiaries to be Bound. (1) Except as expressly set forth herein, the parties intend that this Agreement shall bind and apply to all of each Party’s Subsidiaries and the Patents held thereby. The parties agree that to the extent they are not already bound, each Party shall use reasonable and diligent efforts to ensure that all such Subsidiaries are bound by the terms of this Agreement.
