Intentional Destruction Sample Clauses
Intentional Destruction. The Vendor shall promptly disclose to the Program Manager any patterns of vandalism, sabotage, or other intentional destruction of its devices that render the devices unsafe to operate. The Vendor shall promptly notify the Program Manager of all communication it has with law enforcement or private investigators regarding intentional destruction of its devices.
Intentional Destruction. The individual will be asked to replace the item AND same consequences as listed above for physical or threat of physical aggression. Whether or not the police are contacted would depend on severity of the incident as determined by members of the RS Executive Council.
