Inter-Agency Transfer Rights. Employees who initiate a lateral transfer from one Employing Agency to another shall serve an initial probationary period. If the employee fails to perform the job requirements of the new position to the Employing Agency’s satisfaction, the Employing Agency may separate the employee from employment. The employee may not challenge such separations.
