Inter-Building/Program - Voluntary Transfers. 1. On or after May 15th of each school year, the Association may request and the Superintendent shall deliver a list of all known vacancies which shall occur during the following year. 2. Teachers who desire a change in position, program, or who desire a transfer to another school building may file a written statement with the Superintendent not later than April 1. Such statement shall include the program, position, and/or school to which the teacher desires to be assigned and shall state the reasons for requesting the transfer as well as their qualifications. 3. As soon as practicable the Superintendent shall notify the applicants and send notice to the Association of all teachers who have been transferred or reassigned.
