Inter-Obligor Transfers. Any Transaction Party shall be entitled, by giving notice to the Administrative Agent (who shall promptly deliver such notice to the Lenders), to permit a Pool Aircraft to be Owned by an Owner Subsidiary or leased by an Intermediate Lessee (including by transferring such Ownership from one Owner Subsidiary to another or by transferring such Lease from one Intermediate Lessee to another or interposing additional Intermediate Lessees or by transferring the Equity Interest in an Owner Subsidiary or Intermediate Lessee to another Transaction Party); provided, that:
