Common use of Inter Service Area Fees Clause in Contracts

Inter Service Area Fees. Sprint PCS will pay to Manager monthly a fee as set out in the Sprint PCS Roaming and Inter Service Area Program, for each minute of use that a customer of Sprint PCS or one of the Other Managers whose NPA-NXX is not assigned to the Service Area Network uses the Service Area Network. Manager will pay to Sprint PCS a fee, as set out in the Sprint PCS Roaming and Inter Service Area Program, for each minute of use that a customer whose NPA-NXX is assigned to the Service Area Network uses a portion of the Sprint PCS Network other than the Service Area Network. Manager acknowledges that the manner in which the NPA-NXX is utilized could change, which will require a modification in the manner in which the inter service area fees, if any, will be calculated.
