Inter Service Area Fees. In Exhibit 4.3, the first sentence under the heading Inter Service Area Requirements is amended to read as follows: "The reciprocal fee per minute for Inter Service Area usage will be $0.20 through December 31, 2001, but thereafter is subject to amendment pursuant to Section 9.2 of the Management Agreement."
