Interaction with EDMC. The PE would be required to participate in the Project review meetings held from time to time by the Parties, which are ordinarily expected to be held once a month during the Construction Period and once every two months during the Operations Period as also to participate in emergency or extra-ordinary meetings of the Parties held to deal with any Emergency, Force Majeure Event or other exigencies.
