Intercompany Subordination Agreement. The Administrative Agent shall have received a duly executed Intercompany Subordination Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit M, which shall provide that, without limitation, the Indebtedness under the Reorganization Installment Sale Agreements shall be subordinated to the Obligations.
