Interconnection and Stand ar ds. 7. 1 The Parti es shall connect and keep connect ed the PMC L Network and the Operat or Networ k at Poi nts of Inter connect ion in accordanc e with t his I nterconnecti on Agreement (to the ext ent permi tted by the PM ▇▇ ▇▇ cens e and the Operat or License). 7. 2 The P arti es shal l comply with t he pr ovi sions as well as the t echni cal specifi cations (“Specifi cati ons”) set forth i n ▇▇▇ ex C in so far as they appl y to the provision of S ervi ces pursuant to thi s Int erconnect ion Agreement. 7. 3 In the pract ical i mplement ation of procedures, standards and t echni cal specifi cations relating to Inter connect ion, the Parti es shall have due regard to the foll owi ng (in the order of pr ecedence s pecif ied below): (a) any l egal requirements i mpos ed on each of them i ncluding requirements ar ising f rom t he PMC L License and the equivalent c ondi tions of the Oper ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇; and (b) any relevant speci ficat ions not ifi ed by t he Aut hority in accordanc e with law; and (c) any recommendat ions by the ITU -T or ot her int ernational ly r ecogni zed standar d set ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ es adopt ed by PMCL; and (d) the GSM memorandum of underst ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ (where applicabl e).
