Interconnection Customer’s Attachment Facilities Sample Clauses

The "Interconnection Customer’s Attachment Facilities" clause defines the specific equipment and infrastructure that the customer must provide and maintain to connect their facility to the transmission provider’s system. This typically includes items such as step-up transformers, circuit breakers, and the lines running from the customer’s facility to the point of interconnection. The clause outlines the customer’s responsibility for the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of these facilities.
