Interconnection System. Reliability Impact Study (“SRIS”) shall mean an engineering study, conducted in accordance with Section 30.7 of the Large Facility Interconnection Procedures, that evaluates the impact of the proposed Large Generating Facility on the safety and reliability of the Interconnection System Reliability Impact Study Agreement shall mean the form of agreement contained in Appendix 3 of the Standard Large Facility Interconnection Procedures for conducting the Interconnection System Reliability Impact Study. Loss shall mean any and all losses relating to injury to or death of any person or damage to property, demand, suits, recoveries, costs and expenses, court costs, attorney fees, and all other obligations by or to third parties, arising out of or resulting from the Indemnified Party’s performance or non-performance of its obligations under this Agreement on behalf of the Indemnifying Party, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional wrongdoing by the Indemnified Party. Material Modification shall mean those modifications that have a material impact on the cost or timing of any Interconnection Request with a later queue priority date.
