Common use of Intercreditor and Subordination Agreements Clause in Contracts

Intercreditor and Subordination Agreements. In furtherance and not in limitation of the authorization granted in Section hereof, each Lender hereby irrevocably authorizes the Administrative Agent, in connection with this Agreement, to execute and deliver, as the Administrative Agent for and on behalf of such Lender, any Intercreditor Agreements and/or subordination agreements, and each such Lender shall be bound by the terms of any such Intercreditor Agreement and/or subordination agreement as if it were an original party thereto.

In furtherance and not in limitation of the authorization granted in Section 10.1 hereof, each Lender hereby irrevocably authorizes the Administrative Agent, in connection with this Agreement, to execute and deliver, as the Administrative Agent for and on behalf of such Lender, any intercreditor agreements, including the Intercreditor Agreements Agreement, and/or any subordination agreements, and each such Lender shall be bound by the terms of any such Intercreditor Agreement intercreditor agreement and/or subordination agreement as if it were an original party thereto.
