Common use of Interest Act Waiver Clause in Contracts

Interest Act Waiver. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any provision of the Interest Act (Canada) or the Judgment Interest Act (Alberta) which restricts any rate of interest set forth herein shall be inapplicable to this Agreement and is hereby waived by Borrower.
