Common use of Interest and Daily Commitment Fee Clause in Contracts

Interest and Daily Commitment Fee. (a) The Borrower hereby promises to pay, on the dates specified in Section 3.2, Interest on the unpaid principal amount of each Loan (or each portion thereof) for the period commencing on the applicable Loan Date until such Loan is paid in full. No provision of this Agreement or the Notes shall require the payment or permit the collection of Interest in excess of the maximum permitted by Applicable Law.
