Interest and Principal Entitlement of Noteholders. Subject to this deed, the corresponding Series Notice and the Security Trust Deed (if any) relating to a Trust (and, in particular, subject to any such provisions which provide for principal losses to be charged off against any Notes), the Trustee as trustee of each Trust shall in respect of the Notes issued by it in such capacity pay or cause to be paid to the Noteholders of those Notes:
